3. Product Information
ActivatorD is a pool treatment product. Information on this website is provided for general product education and sales purposes. Results may vary depending on pool size, pH, alkalinity, chlorine level, filtration, algae severity, water condition, application method, and ongoing maintenance.
ActivatorD is a two-component formula containing copper sulphate pentahydrate and zinc sulphate for algae-control purposes. It is not a standalone sanitiser and does not replace all pool maintenance. Follow the application instructions, dose correctly for your pool volume, and maintain the recommended weekly chlorine sanitation routine from Day 3 after treatment.
Always read and follow the product label and instructions. Keep pool chemicals away from children and animals. Do not mix pool chemicals unless the instructions specifically say to do so.
You must be 18 years or older to purchase from this website.
4. Orders, Prices, and Availability
Prices are shown in South African Rand unless stated otherwise. We may update prices, bundles, discounts, and shipping offers at any time. A product or offer is only confirmed once payment has been accepted and the order has been processed.
Stock availability may change. If an item is unavailable after you order, we will contact you to arrange a replacement, delayed delivery, or refund where appropriate.
5. One-Time Offers, Upsells, and Downsells
Some pages may show private one-time offers after an initial purchase or opt-in. These offers may not be available later, may be limited to specific customers, and may have different pricing from public product pages. All one-time offer purchases are subject to these Terms and Conditions.
6. Delivery
Delivery times are estimates and may be affected by courier delays, incorrect customer details, stock availability, public holidays, weather, or other events outside our control. You are responsible for providing accurate delivery details.
7. Returns, Refunds, and Cancellations
We offer a 30-day return window — you have 30 days from the date you receive your order to request a return or refund.
For standard single-unit and small orders, we do not require you to return the product. Once your request is assessed and approved, a refund will be processed to your original payment method. Processing times may vary depending on your bank or payment provider.
For bulk orders, a return may be required. The return address will be confirmed once your return is authorised. Do not send any items back before receiving authorisation — parcels returned without prior approval will not be accepted.
Because pool treatment results depend on correct water balance and application, we may ask for order details, photos, water-test readings, and confirmation that the product instructions were followed before assessing a product issue. This does not limit any rights you have under the Consumer Protection Act.
Your statutory rights under South Africa's Consumer Protection Act — including the right to return genuinely defective goods within 6 months — are not limited by these terms.
If you purchased as a result of direct marketing, you have the right to cancel the transaction within 5 business days under Section 16 of the Consumer Protection Act, without penalty.
